- Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We accept payments via Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, and Online Gateways.
Lyff Fashions reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or technical errors.
- Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping location and courier service.
Lyff Fashions is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events.
- Returns & Exchanges
Returns/Exchanges are accepted only for unused, unworn items with original tags, within 3 days of delivery/purchase.
Items like innerwear, sale items, and accessories are non-returnable.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product is defective/damaged.
- Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they are not shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
